to the success of our cosmetics line. Fashion Fair Cosmetics works with retail
stores to help select people who will meet and exceed individual sales goals
by custom-fitting products to the individual needs of the customer while
delivering superior customer service to create Fashion Fair Cosmetics' customers

1. Counter sales
- Meet or exceed daily sales goal.
- Conduct consultations using Fashion Fair Cosmetics' charts,
along with other Fashion Fair Cosmetics' tools, to help determine customer
needs.
- Demonstrate product systems.
- Educate customers.
- Meet customers' expectations and create Fashion Fair Cosmetics
believers for life.
2. Business development (attracting new customers)

Increase counter traffic by approaching customers
from in front of the counter.

Participate with counter staff in planning
and executing special events/promotions.

Use Customer Purchase Records to follow up
with customers via phone or mail.
3. Non-sales
- Merchandise counter (rotate stock).
- Check in new stock.Take inventory.
- Clean counter and testers.
4. Attend mandatory educational seminars and other
meetings
5. Maintain the Fashion Fair Cosmetics image
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales and/or a service-oriented field.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours - evening
hours, weekends, holidays, peak selling periods, promotions, etc.
- Professional image and good grooming.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills:
- Interact with people in a manner that shows genuine concern and respect.
- Be approachable - smile, make eye contact, use enthusiastic tone of
voice.
- Be comfortable touching customers.
- Service orientation - must understand and be able to provide
the Fashion Fair Cosmetics brand level of customer service/meet employment
qualifications of department stores.
