General

Do we test on animals?

No. All of our products are cruelty-free and vegan.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We currently accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover Card®. We do not accept cash, cashier's checks, money orders or personal checks.

Can I safely use my credit card?

We take great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer to our servers. We use the industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption when credit card information is transmitted. SSL encryption is a method by which information is encrypted while being transmitted over the Internet. While no method is completely impenetrable, SSL is the state-of-the-art encryption technology used in e-commerce today.

Can I use an international credit card to pay for my purchases?

We are currently unable to accept credit cards issued outside of the United States.

Orders

How can I check the status of my order?

The quickest way to check the status items is to sign in to your account and go to order history. You may also email Customer Care at customercare@fashionfair.com.

How quickly will my order be processed?

We process and ship orders within 3 to 7 business days.

Can I place orders by mail, fax and phone?

We do not accept mail, fax or phone call orders.

Do we ship internationally? 

We do not currently ship overseas, but look forward to offering the option in the near future.

Shipping

Where does Fashion Fair ship to?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Please note, we are currently unable to ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Military or Diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Our courier is unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Does Fashion Fair ship internationally?

We ship ship all 50 States in the U.S., the District of Columbia and the United Kingdom.

We are unable to ship to any U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa.  

How much does shipping cost?

Continental US Standard Shipping (5-9 business days) is $6.95 and $16.95 for Express Shipping (3-7 business days). Alaska & Hawaii are only eligible for Express Shipping. United Kingdom Standard Shipping (5-10 business days) is £8.95.

How do I track my package?

When your order ships, you will be sent an email notification that will include the order’s tracking number.

What shipping carrier do you use?

DHL is our preferred carrier.

Returns

What is the return policy?

Any product purchased on fashionfair.com can be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of purchase as indicated on your invoice. Return shipping and handling fees are at customer's expense.

If I make a return, will the cost of shipping and handling be returned?

We do not refund shipping costs associated with returns.

What if I received an incorrect or damaged item?

Please contact Customer Care via email at customercare@fashionfair.com.

How should I return products?

Refund processing requires an email to Customer Service at customercare@fashionfair.com with reason and picture of product. Only products purchased on fashionfair.com can be returned.

We recommend using a traceable method such as USPS Insured Parcel Post or Regular Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Original list of contents should be included noting items being returned. Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return package at our return facility. If you are unable to find your list of contents, please contact Customer Care via email at customercare@fashionfair.com for assistance.

How long does it take to process a refund?

It takes up to 10 business days from the time your return is received to process and credit your original form of payment. An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. It may take 1 or 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I have lost my packing slip?

If you have lost your packing slip, please contact Customer Care via email at  customercare@fashionfair.com.

May I return Fashion Fair products purchased from a retail store or other website to fashionfair.com?

No. We can only accept returns for products purchased on fashionfair.com.

Fashion Fair Emails

How can I unsubscribe from receiving Fashion Fair emails?

You can unsubscribe from Fashion Fair emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each email. It may take up to 10 business days before your email address is removed from our database.

Why am I not receiving Fashion Fair emails?

 To ensure that your Fashion Fair emails are delivered to your inbox, please add info@fashionfair.com to your address book.
